Tim Mealey

Tim is the AFi’s lead facilitator, guiding collaboration and decision-making by the AFi coalition. In addition to his role at the Meridian Institute, he is president and CEO of Polaris Insights, Inc. Tim has 40 years of experience designing and facilitating policy dialogues, multi-party negotiations, and strategy development on topics including climate change, sustainable supply chains, forest management, and food systems. Tim lives in Maryland, USA, where he enjoys kayaking, biking, and spending time with family.
