Public consultation on revisions to the Accountability Framework
14 enero 2025
The AFi invites input from Accountability Framework users and stakeholders to inform updates to the Accountability Framework
The AFi has initiated a 60-day public consultation period on proposed updates to the Accountability Framework. The updates address topics related supply chain traceability and control, supply chain management, verification, and responsible supply chain targets and progress trajectories.
“Through this consultation, we invite input from a diverse range of stakeholders. These include company personnel, civil society groups, Indigenous Peoples, policymakers, scientists, and others,” said AFi Director Jeff Milder. “This will help ensure that revisions to the Accountability Framework are grounded in the latest evidence and good practices, and are broadly applicable across different contexts.”

The public consultation period will close on 14 March 2025. Following the consultation, the AFi Coalition and secretariat will incorporate stakeholder feedback into a set of revised Accountability Framework Operational Guidance.
