Join us to learn how the Accountability Framework can be used to support supplier management.
The Accountability Framework initiative (AFi) has opened registration for the fourth webinar in its 2023-24 series. The event will focus on how companies can use the Accountability Framework to manage their suppliers to achieve responsible supply chains.
Scheduled for Tuesday 12 December 2023, the session is designed for a corporate audience, specifically for companies that source agricultural and forestry commodities, such as cocoa, coffee, palm oil, soy, and more.
The webinar will include speakers from companies and service providers and will be followed by an interactive question and answer session. Attendees will have the ability to submit their questions to the speaker panel and hear their answers live.
Webinar topic:
Achieving responsible commodity supply chains typically requires that companies actively engage with their network of suppliers. Company panellists will discuss their approaches to engaging suppliers, and the challenges they are working to address so their no-deforestation, no-conversion, and human rights commitments are reflected in actions on-the-ground.
This is the second in a series of webinars on managing agricultural and forestry commodity supply chains. The recording of our session on sourcing deforestation- and conversion-free product volumes is available here. A future webinar will discuss engaging in sourcing landscapes.
