The Accountability Framework initiative (AFi) Backbone Team serves as the initiative’s secretariat. It includes staff members of both the Rainforest Alliance and the Meridian Institute. The team brings international experience and diverse expertise in sustainable supply chains, agriculture and food systems, climate science, biodiversity conservation, human rights, and strategic communications.
