Ana Lima

Partnerships Lead

Ana joined the AFi as its Partnerships Lead in April 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance, policy, and sustainability. In this role, Ana is responsible for developing high-value partnerships to support the uptake of the Accountability Framework, to expand the AFi’s work on high priority issues, and to broaden the AFi’s funding base.

Prior to joining the AFi, Ana spent many years advising companies, civil society, financial institutions, and multi-stakeholder coalitions on managing environmental and social risks. She specialises in global disclosure frameworks (eg, CSRD, GRI, ISSB, and TNFD), helping to integrate nature-related risks and opportunities into investment decisions and corporate strategies.

Ana has also previously led projects on decarbonisation, nature-based solutions, landscapes, and the rights of Indigenous Peoples and local communities, with a strong focus on Brazil and Latin America. Ana’s background in management consulting, development finance, and banking enables her to bridge high-level strategy with on-the-ground implementation.

Ana is originally from Brazil but currently lives in the United Kingdom.
