Profile

Earthworm Foundation is an impact-driven non-profit dedicated to regenerating soils and forests with and for people. It works in raw material supply chains and in the sourcing landscapes where they are grown/produced.

Earthworm Foundation works with companies, suppliers, and farmers across the globe, with the aim of improving conditions for people, forests, and soils impacted by the sourcing of raw materials like cocoa, paper packaging, palm oil, rubber, and more. Since its inception in 1999, it has built a network of over 100 members and partners, including multinational brands like 3M, Mars, and Nestlé, and technology partners like Airbus Intelligence and Kermap.

To achieve its mission, Earthworm Foundation co-develops scalable solutions through the power of collective action. It fosters collaboration between companies and NGOs, buyers and suppliers, cities and rural areas.

Through its landscapes program, Earthworm Foundation works in high-value landscapes worldwide to support local and international stakeholders in creating pathways for regenerating lives and nature, building resilient supply chains, and achieving responsible sourcing goals—demonstrating significant progress across regions.
