Eliminating the conversion and degradation of all natural ecosystems and protecting Indigenous rights are central to achieving deforestation and conversion-free (DCF) supply chains, yet these issues are often treated as ancillary by companies focused primarily on deforestation. This is partly due to the urgent challenge that deforestation alone presents, but it can also stem from a lesser understanding of the scale and impact of these issues and the emerging pathways to address them.

In this hour-long webinar, you’ll learn:

  • The core elements of DCF supply chains beyond deforestation-free
  • New tools and resources to assess and mitigate risks from the conversion of natural non-forest ecosystems in your supply chain (eg, grasslands, savannas, wetlands)
  • Expert insights on assessing and mitigating forest degradation risks in your supply chain
  • Guidance on putting commitments to respect and protect the rights of Indigenous Peoples and local communities into practice
