SAI offers tailored consulting, capacity building, training, technical support, and advisory services. It works with companies in all industries, at all levels of supply chains, on topics related to human rights and business. SAI’s services include: 

  • Developing custom training for company staff or supply chain partners  
  • Conducting in-depth assessment and capacity building projects in a single organisation or across supply chain partners
  • Providing high-level corporate advisory services on human rights due diligence (HRDD) or responsible sourcing program design and implementation
  • Off-the-shelf training and tools for brands, suppliers, vendors, and licensees 

SAI’s areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: HRDD labour compliance, management systems, responsible supply chain management, responsible purchasing practices, and worker voice and inclusion. It also has experience in labour rights topics including: freedom of association and collective bargaining; forced labour and ethical recruitment; living wage and reasonable working hours; non-discrimination, harassment, and gender-based violence; protection of children and young workers; workplace health and safety; and worker privacy.
